Our client is a dynamic and growing property management firm with offices based in Israel and the UK. Our client is dedicated to excellence in managing high-end, luxurious commercial office buildings within London.

We are recruiting for a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of luxury commercial office buildings and play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the value of these properties while ensuring tenant satisfaction and operational efficiency.


  • Oversight of the external property management companies
  • Review of Service Charge Budgets and apportionment analysis along with reviewing and managing active budgets
  • Reviewing PPM contracts and re-negotiating when necessary
  • Reviewing and understanding Surveyor and Contractor reports to ensure works are instructed and carried out to a satisfactory level
  • Remotely manage Building Managers at various sites
  • Oversee the instruction and management of third-party contractors first-hand and via oversight of the External Property Manager
  • Being aware of Rent/Service Charge arrears and using Landlord rights to enforce collection, monitoring external Debt Collectors
  • Undertake sporadic property inspections.
  • Understand and action Schedule of Dilapidations protocol and liaise with third party professionals
  • Instructing and overseeing Letting Agents on vacant spaces
  • Negotiate new Lease terms or Rent Reviews on behalf of the client either directly with the Tenant or via an Agent or Surveyor with an understanding of the relevant Section Notices and processes
  • Instructing, chasing, and responding to Solicitors
  • Respond timely and courteously to problems and requests of Tenants and other parties.
  • Provide strategic advice on Portfolio and Asset Management

  • Experience of Commercial Property at scale.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to ensure progress and ultimate completion of tasks in good time.
  • Flexibility and high level of dependability with ability to multi-task, organise and prioritise.
