An incredibly successful private investment and asset management firm are seeking an experienced Team Assistant to join their asset management team, working closely with the EA to the Partner and COO of the company.

This is a fully office-based role, based in brand new, state of the art offices in a prime Central London location. Working hours 09.00-5.30pm Monday-Friday.  Generous holidays on offer alongside other benefits!

Candidates applying should have relevant Personal Assistant/Team Assistant experience ideally within the corporate sector (property or asset management) however this is not essential.

Please note that this is a 6 month maternity contract with the possibility of being extended to 12 months.

Tasks include:

  • Diary management including liaison with other EA’s both internally and externally.
  • Travel coordination including accommodation, transport and logistics.
  • Administrative support, including Word document, Excel spreadsheet and PowerPoint creation.
  • Management of the invoicing process i.e. sending invoices for payment, following up any outstanding payments with managing agents.
  • Document maintenance on SharePoint and uploading reports
  • Coordination of contract signing and mailing.
  • Manage phone and email enquiries for the team and wider office.
  • Front of House management including receiving clients on arrival, setting up boardroom meetings, sorting post, courier deliveries and coordinating catering.
  • Overseeing office inventory, services and maintenance service providers.

Key requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Personal Assistant / Team Assistant within a corporate office
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive with a can-do attitude
  • Team player
