Not every role sits within an obvious sector. Over the years we have placed a number of technology professionals, including IT Directors, Heads of IT, Systems Managers, and Chief Technology Officers. These appointments typically arise within our existing client base — a property firm needing a technology lead, or a professional services business looking for a CTO as it scales. We bring the same methodical approach to these searches as to any other, identifying candidates through our own network and through direct market mapping where necessary.
For senior leadership appointments, we work on a more contained and confidential basis. We take a full brief, map the relevant market, and approach candidates directly where appropriate. We have made appointments at Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer, and board level across a range of organisations, including commercial businesses, charities, and professional services firms.
