We place candidates into permanent roles across eight sectors in London and the Home Counties. Every candidate we introduce has been met by us, matched to your specific brief, and prepared for the process before their CV reaches you.

A permanent placement is the introduction of a candidate into a role where the client employs them directly on a permanent or fixed-term contract. Our job is to find the right person for that role, handle the process on both sides, and make sure the placement holds.
We work on briefs across accountancy and finance, property, legal, business support, marketing, charity, events, and senior cross-sector appointments. Whatever the sector and whatever the level, the approach is the same: understand the brief properly, search our network, present a small shortlist of well-matched candidates, and manage the process through to a start date and beyond.
We do not send volume.
Clients receive three to four CVs per brief, each one assessed against the role before it is sent. If we cannot find the right candidate, we say so rather than filling the brief with people who do not fit.
When you brief us on a role, we start with a conversation. Not a form, not a job specification sent by email and filed away. We want to understand the business, the team, and what the person in this role will actually face day to day. For clients we have worked with before, much of that context already exists.
We then search our candidate database and wider network. Every candidate we consider is spoken to before their name goes anywhere near a client. We assess their experience, their motivations for moving, their salary expectations, and whether the role and the organisation are a genuine match for where they want to go.
What you receive is a shortlist of three to four candidates, each with a covering note from us explaining why we are putting them forward. We arrange interviews, provide both sides with the information they need beforehand, and handle feedback and offer negotiation when the time comes.
After a candidate starts, we check in with both the client and the candidate to make sure things are working. If they are not, we want to know at the earliest opportunity.
What we need from you
The more we know about how you work, the better the candidates we can present. Clients who brief us thoroughly get better results, consistently.
When you register with us, you meet us. We do not pass your CV to clients without speaking to you first, and we do not send your details anywhere without your agreement. We want to understand your experience, what you are looking for, what you are not looking for, and what the right next step looks like for your career.
We then match you to roles that are genuinely relevant. If we have a brief that fits, we will speak to you about it before we discuss your profile with the client. If the timing is not right or the role is not the right fit, we will tell you that directly.
When we put you forward for a role, we prepare you for it. We tell you everything we know about the client, the team, and what the interviewer is likely to be looking for. We give you honest feedback after every stage, and we manage the offer process on your behalf when an offer is made.
Over 80% of the candidates we place come back to us when they next need to move. We take that as the measure of whether we are doing our job properly.
Client briefs us on the vacancy. Candidate registers and is interviewed by us. We take the time to understand both sides properly before we begin matching.
We search our database and wider network. Every candidate considered is contacted and assessed against the specific brief. Those who do not fit are not put forward, regardless of how strong their CV looks.
The client receives three to four CVs with covering notes. The candidate is told which client their CV has been sent to and why.
We arrange all interviews, prepare both parties with the information they need, and handle any logistics. Feedback is collected and communicated promptly after each stage.
When an offer is made, we manage the conversation on both sides. We handle counter-offer situations, notice periods, and any practical complications between acceptance and start date.
We check in after the start date. If either side has concerns, we want to know. If the placement is not working within the rebate period, we act on it.
We place permanent staff across the following sectors. Each is served by consultants with genuine working knowledge of the market.

“Fame do not waste your time. They send you people who are genuinely right for the role. In fifteen years of working with them I have never had to wade through a pile of unsuitable CVs.”
“I told Mazal exactly what I was looking for and she found it. She did not send me to interviews that were not right and she prepared me properly for the ones that were. I accepted an offer within three weeks of registering.”
